SmartSolar 250/85 battery settings

Hi everyone

Just a question with regard to the SmartSolar 250/85

Is it better to use the rotary selection for a Lifepo4 battery or use the pre-defined setting for the battery.

The Lifepo4 battery voltage is 26,5 -27.0 V, the rotary switch setting shows 24V?

What should the correct settings be w.r.t. charging, absorption, etc.

If you have a SmartSolar and VictronConnect you would be best choosing the Smart Lithium preset (which is for Victron batteries), then swap to user defined, then enable expert mode and adjust the voltages to your battery manufacturer’s recommended settings.
