My mppt 100/30 and 100/50 are no longer accessible by Bluetooth but are working ok. The battery monitors are accessible by Bluetooth via dongles.
I used a VE Direct USB cable to connect to a laptop and followed the instructions for toggling the Bluetooth setting, but I have not found the toggle.
The mppts were disconnected from the batteries for about 3 months.
I haven’t tried disconnecting from solar and battery and reconnecting the battery first (the batteries were reconnected in daylight).

Now followed the restart procedure
- Disconnected solar panels
- Disconnected battery (and made sure other charge sources off)
- Waited 20+ secs
- Reconnected battery
- Reconnected solar panels
Bluetooth connectivity now restored.
