Bluetooth button is missing in smart connect app

Hi!
I have a Smart Solar MPPT 75/15.
After having it disconnected for a week I was not able to connect to it with Bluetooth. I though maybe I had deactivated it so I bought a ve.direct to usb cable. With that I was able to connect to the device with my phone and laptop. Unfortunately I cannot enable Bluetooth because there is no button in the product info page. See screenshot. Any ideas?

What I already tried:
-Different devices, reinstalling victron connect app

  • disconnecting all cables from the MPPT, waiting 1 min before reconnecting everything

Hi @Timmethy

When the bluetooth button is not visible when connecting via VE.Direct, the internal bluetooth dongle is no longer working properly. Please contact your seller to apply for warranty.
