MPPT not showing up on Bluetooth

Hi, I have three MPPT 150 | 35 controllers setup on my boat.
Two of them are showing up in the Victron app, but one does not (even if I move my phone directly next to the controller). The indicator lights on all the controllers look normal.
Any idea on why this would be or what I could do to fix it?

2 options:

  1. Make sure that it it a “smart” MPPT,
  2. The Bluetooth can be turned off internally by software. In order to restore this, a VE-direct connection to the device is required.
