Shelly Pro EM-50 as PV-invertermeter shows no kWh

Hello,

I have now for 3 weeks a multi rs solar with a serbo GX and 16KW battery. I had already two sets of PV. I use a Shelly Pro EM-50 (2 meters) to measure the currrent of these PV-sets. With the serbo firmware version 3.8.033 they are visible as a device and a I can set them up as a PV-inverter. But they only show me the actual watts but not the kWh of the last few hours. So in the VRM-screen a do see the current power of the to PV-sets in the flow chart but I do not see the total of the sunpower in the graps. Does anyone have a solution for this?

That may happen if you have mounted it in inverted direction, then the wrong counter is counting your production and the one the gx is reading stays at 0.

Pro series normaly supports to invert direction of measurement in the app, but not sure if that will also flip the counters.

If your shelly app shows a positive momentary power value, it’s the wrong direction. If it shows a negative power value, orientation is correct.

Thanks, thats the sollution. Because I saw already positive values in the VRM flow chart, I thought it was oke.

Yeah, the problem is, that through the API, the shelly always reports positive momentary power iirc.

So that “always works”. Just for the counters it’s two different paths, and if the shelly counts on the “other one”, that will not be picked up.
