Hi looking for some help I’ve got a fogstar 48v 15.5kw battery hooked up to a 48/5000 multiplus 2 GX inverter charger and I’m struggling to get the battery and inverter to talk to eachother and also not getting any power on ac out to consumer unit when generator is off and on battery only. I’ve downloaded the programs for both victron and the pace bms software for the battery onto my computer got all leads to connect but unsure on the settings
My setup as it stands consists of a complete off grid setup 6kw generator fogstar battery as mentioned then victron inverter charger feeding a consumer unit any guidance and help would be very much appreciated
Hi
Both bms and battery are not in the compatbility list from victron
However someone might have it running, did you search the community or old victron community for answers?

People have done it with victron and the pace bms/fogstar battery’s so it’s just trying to find someone with the knowledge on how to make it work
Have you checked this?
And:
driftpromanual.pdf (590.7 KB)
It’s the 48v battery I’ve got from fogstar uses the PACE bms it’s different to the drift range they use a different bms
I don’t have experience with them. If your battery and BMS have dip switches, you can alternatively look here, but I assume you found this as well:
I’m all up and running a chap very kindly done it all for me remotely via VRM
