Fogstar batteries not discharging with Victron System

Having problems with a Victron on grid System where the Fogstar batteries are not discharging, Solar charges the batteries up full perfectly fine, but the batteries do not discharge. Have installed a Meter with CT clamps (
VM-3P75CT HQ23353MVRJ) The ESS mode for the Batteries are set to Optimized with battery life.
I will attach some images of the device list and the remote access screen currently on the GX Device, any other images needed can be provided but can only post 2 links. Any suggestions would be greatly apreciated.

There is no strings connected to the RS, Just the AC Connection, the state of the RS is set to “on”. And the Battery is connected to the RS.
There is 2 strings connected to the MPPT.

Some basic 101s to check. Try without battery life, check the CT is installed with the correct direction and the energy meter is set to single phase and the system is set to use the external energy meter.

Could it be a discharge setting within the Fogstar BMS? I have a similar system.

I havent actually gone into the FogStar BMS or set anything on the Battery side, just changed settings on the Victron itself assuming it would do it?
It has charged the batteries up to full via solar, just doesnt seem to discharge now?

If you disconnect ac in does it discharge?

How do I disconnect that?

This is currently what the system looks like.

Still not discharging. I have gone into the FogStar BMS and theyre set to discharge and charge… as shown here.

Quite stumped on what to do and why these batteries are discharging, but have fully charged.

The MPPT RS 450 Has 2 DC strings attached to it, main cables going to a Lynx, where the Battery then goes to aswell. we then have a MULTI RS Solar which also has cables going to the LYNX.

We have a Cerbo GX which has a VE Direct which goes to the MPPT RS, and a VE.Can which goes from the Cerbo to the MULTI RS SOLAR which has the Grid connections, The Batteries on the Cerbo is set to Optimized with Battery Life, and the Multi RS switch mode is set to “On” and is always in a “Bulk” State. has “Active AC Input” and states voltages for “AC-In L1” and values for “AC-Out L1”.

We also have a Energy Meter VM-3p75CT which is connected with a RS485 Cable to the cerbo going int a VE.Can port, this is reading on the cerbo, and the meter has 3 clamps going round the phases.

Not sure what else to try at this point, kind of stuck and Victron don’t have a Support line to get in touch with.

Some pictures of both the Inverters on VictronConnect.

Did you sort this ?

When I got my Fogstar batteries, I had to go into the BMS via the Fogstar app and enable charging AND discharging. Be careful though as both of the batteries were named the same when i got them so the app got confused as to which was which, so rename them! (scan the qr code and rename 1 at a time and label the battery so you physically know which is which too)

Hope this helps!

I have an older model so Bluetooth etc isn’t available to work on the Fogstar app, I had to connect via a cable to m USB on my laptop which then showed up the battery stack, both Charging ON and Discharging ON was blue on the screen.

That is strange! Did you toggle the discharge off and on again? seems to work for most things now a days  Maybe give Fogstar a ring? they were quite helpful for me. Sorry I can’t help any further, im still new to off grid power and i’m in charge of it at our coastwatch lookout!
