RMA for Victron Venus GX

Hello all,

Is there a way to do RMA for Venus GX? I can see form for all other products, but not for GX device?

I believe I lost my Venus GX today. VE.bus is no longer working. I faced a short complete power cut and after that, I can´t see any info of my inverter anymore. On VRM it show, that inverter is “Off”. The funny part is, that all other functions still work as usually on Venus GX (Battery info, solar chargers, temperature sensors, internet). Its been working just fine for many years. I have another system as well at home, and on that system I use CCGX. I swapped VE.bus cable from Venus GX to CCGX, and CCGX show all data from my primary setup, so the problem must be Venus GX VE.bus. Yes, I have tested both connector on Multiplus 5000VA 240V/48V and also on Venus GX, no any changes. Also, I tried with other factory cables as well, just in case, but no changes. So, from where I can find RMA form for GX device? (And yes, GX is just out of warranty)

When you out of waranty buy a New one Looks like your inverter works have you try to change cables is it on a boat check if the connectors are corrosiv.

What do you mean by “not for GX device”?
