I’m getting a 1504 timeout error when trying to query configurable devices in the device list page of the web portal. See screenshot from earlier. Nothing has changed with the set up, which I’ve double checked, or its access to the web. Everything else is normal.
This problem was previously reported in the old community forum in November 2023… link attached below.
Could this be passed to the developer team as it was back in 2023? At that time they looked at it and the resolution was completed within the hour.
