Remote VEConfigure: "Error while querying configurable services."

Hello,

I updated my Cerbo gx to firmware 3.66 and the Multiplus 2 firmware to version 2621558.

After this update I can not access Remote VEConfigure and Firmware Update via VRM.

I get the error messages:

An error occured during the querying devices process. Please try again later!

and

Remote VEConfigure: “Error while querying configurable services.”

I tried a few things like rebooting the Cerbo gx, unplug the power of the cerbo and the multiplus , downgrading the firmware of the cerbo to the prevoius version and then back again to 3.55. But nothing seems to help.

I wat to configure my Multiplus via VRM by downloading the file to edit with the VEconfig tool. But It seems the gateway cant get access to the Multiplus via VRM portal or some other issue?

In the VRM portal I can see the gateway and the multiplus. The Cerbo is connecting to the Mulitplus via VE.bus.

Any Idea what the issue might be?

Not sure if you done something but its its working…at least I can now upload the file.
Still not able to use the ‘charge to 100%’ had communication issue
