Unable to retrieve the list of devices

When clicking on ‘VRM online portal’ the connection only gets to 40% the throws an error.

“Unable to retrieve the list of devices. The attempt timed out”

I can access the VRM Portal via the weblink but I need to upload a new config file from Device list>Remote VE Configure.

Any ideas out there on how to fix this? Help would be hugely appreciated.

maybe in text mode via SSH ?

Sorry a bit out of my depth here. I have 3 “identical” installations and only one throws this error.

Usually this is done through the vrm portal using the remote config file not victron connect.
Or with an mk3 on site.
This is for the inverter though.

Depending on what device you are wanting to configure, you can use victron connect using the vrm tab if you have activated two way communication
