Reconnecting with my victron ac charger

I have changed phones and had to reinstall victron connect, and now I cannot remember my pin I changed it to previously…

I tried 000000 and 13456 and I know I put a custom pin in..

what are the steps to at least set back to the original pin

Thanks and tried both techniques and neither one worked. I unbound from my Bluetooth and tried it again and still no luck. After putting in puk number it does not come up and give me a place to put the 000000 pin in.

Now my Bluetooth cannot even see the charger to bind with it so not sure what’s going on with this

I also uninstalled the connect app and reinstalled it

Hi,

Have you also tried disconnecting the charger from AC and the battery for 5 minutes?

And what is the exact type of charger?
