Bluetooth connection in a Blue Smart Charger IP65 12V/15A

i have a blue smart charger that is 3 or 4 years old and that has been now installed onboard, but I cannot connect to bluetooth. PUK number not ok… The SN is SN: HQ2052*****.

Blue smart IP67 Charger. PUK code puk code is not accepted

Hi I’m Lex from the Netherlands I bought a boat with the battery charger mentioned moutend. I suddenly saw this appear in my Victron connect app. Unfortunately secured with a pin code. The puk code is on the back of the device but is not accepted. Who can help me further

Hi,

The PIN code can also be reset to “000000” by pressing the mode button for 10 seconds.
