Problems with IP65 charger

Big novice here! I have an IP65 charger that I use to charge my Fogstar 280ah lithium camper battery. Been using it fine for a couple of years.

I don’t use the crocodile clips - the charger terminals are attached directly to the battery terminals using the Victron supplied lead and plugged into the charger.

Charger is set to Lion setting as it always has been.

Usually no problem.

Plugged it in yesterday. It charged the battery to around 30% 13.24v and then went into absorption and storage modes suggesting the battery was fully charged which it isn’t. Tested voltage at the battery terminals 13.2v, tested voltage at the end of the twin pin Victron plug 13.2v. There is no damage to the cable at all. I’ve unplugged the charger, checked all the connections multiple times but as soon as it briefly runs the test sequence the charger goes back to abs.

No damage at all to the charger and been kept in good, dry conditions. Terminal pins spotless.

need to know if it’s somehow broken and if I need to replace it?

Is it outputting any voltage (not connected) or amps in ABS? Or nothing at all?

There is a relay inside that sometimes sticks. Is there a click at all when you plug it in?

Sometimes a bump will reset it. But at the end of the day if you are still under warranty maybe try get it replaced.

I repaired mine because i can.
