IP65 25A Charger - LI Battery

Hi - I have a IP65 25A charger that I use to keep my 100A Fogstar Battery Charged. The Battery powers an Inverter that powers a Diesel Heater and a Dehumidifier in my Van. The heater and inverter and dehumidifer are on timers - so in winter months pull roughly the same current. As well as the IP65 the van has a BTB Charger to. So heater runs before I get in van for an hour and continues running for 3 more hours (4 hours total) I drive 5 miles - walk the dogs for 90 minutes - drive home - 5 miles - plug in the IP65 Charger. The heater runs for another 60 to 90 minutes and dehumidifier an other 2 hours - finishing at 6AM. On a normal day - the charger puts in power and by 8AM the battery is 100% charged and I can disconnect the IP65 Charger - when I do the daily clean down. BUT here is the issue - probably for 1 week every 2 months the charger fails to charge correctly and just sits there putting between 1A and 2A into the battery despite the battery being at 70 to 75% charge - Its in Storage Mode with 13.5V at battery - Battery at 15 to 17 degrees C. - Charger has latest firmware updates and Set to LI Mode. When this happens I repeatedly have to disconnect the charger from mains and car to get the battery to charge and sometimes its still charging around 6PM. 10 hours longer than it should. I have automated the power off of the charger so it switches off every 2 hours for 5 minutes….. but the issue still prevails…. Anyone Any ideas? When I am at it anyone have a good mounting option for the Charger lead at the grill? Any face plates or adapters? THANKS
