PIN reset issue

Hi, I need to reset my PIN number (on all devices). A change in phone seems to upset things. I’m trying to find a PUK number but nowhere on the packaging. I have a PN and an SN number ?

What devices do you have?

Smart Shunt, MPPT, DC-DC, Multiplus 3000, Cerbo GX

The Shunt should have the PUK at the bottom.
What MPPT? Should be at the back or on the side.
What DCDC? Should be on the side.
MultiPlus doesn’t have Bluetooth.
Cerbo should have it at the bottom.

If you can’t find the PUK you have to contact your Victron distributor he can ask Victron about the it.
(he needs the serial number for that)

I’ve found PUK for shunt and the DC-DC. Can’t get to MPPT to see, will check Cerbo tomorrow. Looks like I’ll have to contact provider either way. Thanks for your help
