MPPT 75/15 does not reset after PUK entered

Hello,

PIN forgotten, PUK unsuccessfully tried to reset several times. Tried also several variations on the PUK No. but no sucess. Always receive the same error -unsuccessful .
I could post the BACK side picture of the MPPT if someone read something else than I do , but i suspect some other problem not typo.

Any idea ?

Can you post a screenshot of the sticker with the serial number and PUK code? And perhaps a screenshot of the error message in VictronConnect?

The Err is: Wrong PUK

And Yes, I deleted all my Viktron devices from BT phone , watched the video suggested and reboot my phone.

Maybe I simply read the PUK Wrong

The problem was indeed a PUK code that was read wrong.
