I changed my pins from 000000 to ??? I can’t see the sticker or PUK on equip as it’s +4 yrs old, and installed in location that’s hard to reach), anyone know how to reset pins for my new phone without access to sticker?? Need to pair various modules… smartshunt, mppt, cerbo, etc
You need the puk unfortunately. If there is no sticker then there is not much you can do directly.
For the shunt it is possible to add a ve direct to Bluetooth module to change settings but if physical access is an issue then plugging that in will also be a tough one.
If you can find your unit serial numbers, then your distributor should be able to help you with the PUK(s).
Serial numbers can also be read electronically from the VE-direct or other interface.

Good news is that I pre-wired the ve direct so that I would have access to the computer. OK that’s the rout. I gotta go thank you guys.
