Hello,
I purchased a Victron SmartShunt on Amazon. The PIN/PUK sticker was not included or was misplaced, and VictronConnect is requesting a PIN. I need the PUK to reset the PIN and complete setup.
Serial number: HQ2245*****
I can provide proof of purchase if needed.
