Orion XS integration with Cerbo GX

I am about to install 3 Orion XS and am wondering about the configurations.
My main battery bank is 24V LiFePo4 with a BMS that uses DVCC with the Cerbo GX to control my MPPTs, Alternators & Inverter.

One Orion will be used to charge a 12V AGM battery from the 24V LiFePo4 battery.
The other two Orions will be in power supply mode to generate 12V for the house loads.

Can the Cerbo monitor all the Orions over VE.Direct?
How will they show up on the Cerbo?
Will the power supply Orions be merged into one so I can see the power going to my 12V house?
Are there any issues around DVCC (I read something about needing to disable DVCC (which I can’t)).

In your case the Orions will be a load on the system, not a charger and there is now a setting in Venus OS to tell the system that a connected Orion is a load not a charger. I do not know where in the menu system this setting is. This setting will now put the current from the 24V system to the Oriond as a DC load and it will prevent DVCC from trying to control the Orions.

Thanks!

Is there a way to show the 12V current the Orions provide?

I do not know if the info can be found from the device list entry for the Orion or if clicking on the DC Loads tile will take you there.

The setting you need to tell the system it is charging another bank is under Settings / Devices / name of Orion / Settings. Example from another post which also confirmed the info can be found from the DC tile.

thanks for the information!
