My system has been working well but sometimes The Orion goes into Float mode while the Solar MPPT is in bulk mode. The percentage charged in at the moment 74%
My system is two VoltX lithium batteries in parallel, Orion TR30 12-12 and a Solar MPPT 100/50 and a Smart Shunt.
Why does the Orion stay in Float and only the Solar is charging?
The most common cause of chargers going into float early is voltage drop on the cabling between the charger and the battery. The charger voltage rises higher than the battery voltage because of this, e.g. the battery may be at 13.5V but the charger output is at 14.2V and reaching the end of absorption because it works on the voltage at the charger. Check that your wires are not too thin or too long (online voltage drop calculators are available), that you have not got any loose connections or broken / frayed wires due to vibration and that your fuses and breakers do not have a high voltage drop. Use a multimeter to check the output voltage on the charger terminals and the battery terminals and then at all intermediate connections until you find the voltage drop.

Here are the battery settings.
The system worked for a few days but stuck in float mode again. Even when the engine is off.
I’ve checked fuses and connections to Orion and batteries.
I notice when things are turned off there is a .23volt differential between battery terminals and output from Orion. Fuses have no voltage drop against them.
Thanks

They look OK, you did not include the battery settings for the Orion.
