No charge from Orion 12-12 / 30

In my van I replaced a 25A Schaudt booster with an Orion 12-12/30. I also changed the batteries, installing two 100A Ultimatron lithium batteries with BMS. I set the Orion parameters with absorption at 14.6V and float at 13.5V.

Orion input from the alternator is 14.9V, output is 14.6V as set. However, I’m not detecting any current input from the battery BMS, which is currently at 60% charge and 13.1V.

The batteries are working correctly, and current is coming in from the solar MPPT.

What should I do? Thank you very much.

The old charger had + and - for input and output. The Orion has just 2 + (positive) and 1 - (negative). I cramp together the 2 negatives to the only port

The Orion is Non-isolated. Maybe this is the issue. I dont have a busbar so I need to replace it with a isolated one..

As long as the 2 negatives cables are connected together then you will be OK with a non isolated version, but make sure that there is good electrical connection between the 2 cables.

You set your battery charge to 14.4V not 14.6V, but 14.4V should be good for charging lithium batteries.

From the screen shot, as the output voltage from the Orion is is 14.4V but your battery is at 13.1V then you have a bad connection somewhere between the Orion and the Battery. This could be a loose connection, a terminal not made tight, a fuse that has failed or a breaker than is not connecting when turned on. You need to check all your wires and you need to check the voltage at each connection with a multimeter to help find the poor connection. This could be in positive or negative cables. There does not seem to be any issue with the Orion, it is a wiring problem.
