I have 5 Dyness DL5.0 batteries hooked up to my Victron Multiplus II GX, but in VRM under Device List I have only 1 Device, the Master Dyness.
Under Battery details it shows Battery modules: 1 online | 0 offline
What is wrong in my setup?
I tried to contact Dyness, but no Response yet.
Can somebody tell me what the correct dip settings is for all 5 Batteries, please?
The Description in the DL5.0C manual does Not work at all. Now the Master is Seen by the Victron, but the Slaves are not.
I think it sees it as one battery with 5x the capacity. All of the batteries should have DIP switch 3 set ON. It should work at 500kbps
Sorry, only the master should have DIP switch 3 ON. The slaves should all DIP switches OFF.
The charge limit etc is quadrupled on my 4 battery setup
You can see the individual batteries on the Dyness portal if you have the wifi dongle
DIP 0010 on the master will make the battery disappear in Victron, with 1100 II shows up, but only with data of the master.
The slaves need DIP 1000 otherwise they will not communicate with the master. This is indicated by the SOC leds that keep blinking.
So with above mentioned DIP settings it seem to be ok, but only visible for the master.
Does anybody with Dyness batteries can see the data of every battery in Victron??
Hi @pmknowles I am also interested to monitor my Dyness batteries (PowerDepot H5B) ideally through GX/VRM of course but I’m curious about the web interface you show?
How do you access that? I have the Dyness app on my iPhone but the information is rudimentary, just SoC and little more.
