Dyness DL5.0C settings for Victron Energy MultiPlus-II 48/3000/35-32 GX

I have 1 x Dyness DL5.0C and want to connect it with my Victron Energy Multiplus 2 48/3000 GX and I need some help with charger settings. I connect it via CAN 500k.Maybe someone have configs? Dyness support doesn`t give me some feedback.

from Dyness DL5.0C manual

What is more important is that you can ‘see’ the battery in the GX.

Do you use the ESS Option ?

Strange voltages for a 15S system… More like for a 16S.

Your right … that was a 15s(econds) Data for Load/Charge
Its a 16S System i think … didnt found any Data on the Homepage

in general tab
48 52 48v
charger tab
absorption 55v
float 54.5v leave rest as is
in ess assistant bms other types
sustain 52v
dynamic cut off 48 v all three
restart offset 2v
type b cable or use one marked viltron from dryness
hope this helps

@Allen That’s pretty much my general setup too, but what did you mean by 48 52 48v on the General tab?

Page 22 of the manual says Absorb 56v, Float 55.5v - what’s your theory for lowering that to Absorb 55v, Float 54.5?

I’ve found that if you don’t change dynamic cut off to 48v for all three like you say, you get low DC voltage errors

@TheArdent If you don’t have a cable, and don’t want to wait … This is a doc i wrote for Dyness, Cerbo, Multiplus setups.

Hi might have been in the inverter tab I will look at it tomorrow

Sorry just seen your other comment I found that on an install but when I do the pylontec I also drop them down a tiny bit also it avoids any over voltage alarms
Mine get to 100% on those settings
Regards Allen

Yup, i find that too.
I’ve never had a system with a large voltage drop (we don’t skimp on cable size, and keep things short) but if i did i might go up a bit.
