No power to output of newly installed Orion-Tr 12 1 24-5 DC/DC Converter

I have recently installed an Orion-Tr 12 1 24-5 DC/DC Converter, and I am not getting any power to the outlet side of the device?

Have you used a multimeter to confirm voltage is present on the input terminals. This is the first thing to check, is your wiring OK and are the positive and negative connections part of the same circuit. If you have input voltage and no output voltage then the input voltage needs to be higher than the engine shutdown detection voltage to turn on.

Yes, of course I used a multi meter. Image attached

It is powered by a brand new 120ah lithium battery, and the engine has nothing to do with the charging regime. The lithium battery is powered by solar. There is no power at the output terminals. device is obviously faulty.

So, in the end, which is the “Solution” here?

Ignore my comment re engine shutdown detection, the converters do not necessarily have this.

From your photo I can not see a wire between the remote terminal L and H terminals, i believe you need to have a wire between these 2 connections to get the device to turn on.

Typo. There was no solution. Being my first experience on this site, attempting to respond, created a mobile phone keyboard fumbling on wrong key. My mistake.
