Hi,
We have installed a MultiPlus-II 48/5000/70-50 with 2 Deyness batterys 5kwh
We used a color control GX device
We connect a SmartSolar MPPT 250/60-MC4, we connect to the color control with a VE direct cable.
We connect a SmartSolar MPPT 250/70-MC4 VE.Can , we connect to the color control with an utp cable (victron) on the VE can.
On GX device , we could not see any MPPT, after 1 day the MPPT 250/60 appared. But the MPPT 250/70 we can’t see on the GX device.
We did not remove the remote connection H and L (the black wire ) is that ok?
We can make connection bluetouth with the smartphone to both mppt.
What can be the problem?

Did you add a VE Can terminator to the empty VE Can sockets on the Colour Control and the MPPT per Section 4.7 of the manual.

Are the Deyness batteries connected to the GX device?
Is the VE.Can bus configured to 250kbit/s or 500kbit/s?

yes , we put a terminator on the mppt and one on the last dyness battery.

the dyness batterys are connected on the GX device.
it is configured to 500 kbit/s

The MPPT needs VE.Can with 250kbit/s and doesn’t work if you have it set to 500kbit/s.
You need another VE.direct cable to connect that MPPT.
