No Alarm Logs since VRM logging stopped 21 days ago

Hello,

first time posting here so not sure if this is the proper place to post or the tags are right.

So, 21 days ago I had an alarm in my installation VRM Online Portal - Alarm Logs:

Device: Unknown
Description: VRM logging stopped

Alarm cleared after: 5h, 4m, 6s.

If I remember right, there was an issue with my internet connection.

Since then I had no other alarms, like Grid Lost… although I had a few.

It seems that it stopped logging at all.

Going into Remote Console (new UI v3.66) - notifications are present there.

Going into Settings - VRM:

  • I have a VRM Portal ID
  • Log Intervale set to 1 min
  • Use HTTPS on
  • Last contact - always resets after 59 seconds - so it communicates
  • Connections status> no error
  • Storage Location> internal storage
  • Free disk space: 4949.39M bytes
  • microSD/SUB: No storage found
  • Stored record: 0 records
  • Oldest record age: blank/nothing displays

I looked and could not find a way to clear logs or clear data or antything like this.

I tried rebooting several times. No fix. No data.

I have updated from Normal to Large build on Official Release. So right now using 3.66 Large. That did not help either.

So, anyone could advise me to why I am not seeing any Alarm in VRM Online Portal - Alarm Logs?

Thank you.

have reflash the system? and resett the mqtt token in the vrm portal ?

To reset the VRM MQTT token, go to the VRM portal, navigate to Settings > General, and scroll to the bottom to find the option to reset the token. This option will only become visible after the portal has received data from the device, such as after a firmware reflash.

Here’s a step-by-step guide:

  1. Log in to the VRM portal: using your usual credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Settings: menu.

  3. Select General: from the settings options.

  4. Scroll to the bottom: of the page.

  5. Click the option to reset: your VRM token.

Important Notes:

  • This reset option is typically found on the VRM website under your organization or general settings, not directly on the Venus device itself.

  • The reset link or button will only appear on the portal after the device has reconnected and sent data to the VRM, according to the Victron Energy Community.

  • If you are having issues with the VRM connection after a firmware reset, there may also be a related setting within the device’s VRM settings to reset it.
