VRM logging stopped - Venus GX on v3.55

My Venus GX accassionally stops logging onto the VRM Portal for long periods.
Despite several restarts, it still won’t connect.

It usually connects on its own.

It is connected to a Venus 4G modem, but recently I have connected it to a Wifi network as a backup but the problem has not gone away.

The Venus GX was issued April 2024, so fairly new compared to its predecessor that lasted 15 days short of 5 years.

Auto Update Install - OFF (check only)

Coupled with that are occasional BMS lost messages but these do not happen at the same time.

What could be the problem?

Thanks in advance
Bonie

Relatively new Victron install on my boat for just over two months and I too find my GX Touch/Cerbo gets slow/sluggish fails to respond, stops logging to VRM etc. I find a weekly reboot resolves it but that’s not an ideal solution for long term usage. I’m currently trying to login as root so I can look at some of the OS log files for obvious sources of the problem. IMO it’s acting like a memory leak that brings the server to it’s knee’s. I’ve looked for a high CPU widget for the Cerbo in VRM but can’t find anything use for CPU other than high latency not processing. These are some of the Alarms that I’m seeing logged, the latest one from this morning was a power outage at my house so loss of Internet connection to the boat. My network on board, to the house and out to the Internet is solid so with the exception of this morning’s power outage I can’t explain all of these VRM Loggin stopped messages. The BMS lost on 5/20 was resolved with another Cerbo reboot, so far not loving the stability of this platform look for solutions/common themes on the forum here.

We need OS level metrics for the Cerbo to show high cpu/memory/network utilization. This widget is useless to me and I can’t find anything more useful to show those metrics.
