Need to be assigned as Owner on my VRM installation (Portal ID: ---------)

Hello,

I registered my Cerbo GX and linked it to the VRM portal, but my account (——) still appears as “User (read-only)” even though it shows “Admin” in Settings → Users.

Because of this, Remote Console is locked in read-only mode and I cannot change settings remotely.

Could you please assign me as the Owner of this installation?
