Need Help - Color Control GX is connected to the internet but not to the VRM

My Color Control GX shows as connected to the internet but does not connect to the VRM. It worked up until about a month ago.

The VRM connection in the color control is enabled - VRM connection Enabled

Firmware version v2.51

That is seriously old, I would update to the last version supported - 3.55 iirc.

OK - many thanks! I will have to see if connected to the internet, I am able to do a firmware update.

Do you have the steps to do the firmware update that you can share? Else, I am sure I can click around and find it. Thank you.

Process is in the manual iirc, file on professional.victronenergy.com.
Uses an sd or flash drive to load from the UI.

First I would try a simple reboot.

From experience I would update a CCGX only if absolutely necessary.
