I have a system with CCGX. Everything worked well but several months ago my installation started showing Offline on web version of VRM portal. On mobile with VRM APP everything works still well. Do somebody know what can be wrong?
What version is the CCGX running?
Have you tried disabling and re-enabling the. vrm settings on the GX?
I’ve tried it but it didn’t help. After some investigation I’de found out that it didn’t work only from one computer. It was working from another one and from the same PC in virtual machine (so it wasn’t an network issue). But from this PC it was not working from any browser and I didn’t know why. So I decided to restart my PC (maybe after half year) and it starts to work… So beginner mistake…
