VRM online Not Connecting

Hello,

My new to me sailboat has a Victron Color Control GX and I cannot for the life of me get it to connect to VRM Online Portal. Iv gone through most of the troubleshooting steps. WiFi works, Ethernet works, reconnected to both, date/time are up to date, firmware is up to date, tried rebooting, tried shutting off power to the unit, and turned VRM Portal Online on/off, manual/automatic entry. Tried it all at this point…

Last contact is showing as blank

Connection error is showing “unknown” no numbers. Any help would be appreciated!

Under Settings > Connectivity:
Do you get an IP address for the Ethernet connection?
Settings>connectivity>Ethernet:
State Connected
Mac address <6 hex pairs>
IP config ? Automatic or manual?
IP address, netmask gateway and DNS server correctly shown??
Settings> connectivity> Wifi:
Create access point - on or off
Wifi networks :
your network with green tick, state connected.
Settings?connectivity>Wifi>“your wifi”:
signal strength >33%?
Getting that lot straight is a good start.
