Logged in VRM, unable to connect to CCGX remote console

I am logged into VRM, but when I click on Remote Console - CCGX, I get this error message

Remote console

Failed to connect. Make sure to enable Remote Console for VRM, set or disable the password and then reboot the GX Device.

How do I fix this issue?

You will have to check on the GX if it is enabled for use over VRM
