I have a 3 phase multiplus 5000 system. After the latest udate (3.67), it lost the settings, and after reprogramming the settings with “VE.Bus Quick Configure” it started giving low battery alarm , and it does not discharge below 49%. I have another system, with the old firmware (3.66) in, and the same setting which does nog give this problems. Which setting do control the alarm and the discharge percentage?
