I have a multiplus that is not charging when connected to shore power. Built the system 2 years ago everything works great. RV is under cover so only receiving shore power. Client calls and says batteries are at 11 volts! AC is connected, AC passes through, Inverter works, Multi is in bulk mode but charging at .5 amps. Looking at voltage history the voltage fluctuates between 11 up to 13.5 volts so the charger appears to kick on every once in a while. Pull RV into sun and solar charges up. Brings it into the shop and I update firmware and reset everything. Recheck settings and still doesn’t work. I replace the dc fuse and all of the sudden it works! Then client plugs in at their house and it stops working. Batteries are accepting charge from solar so not a lithium issue.

No cerbo so no DVCC issues
Does have vebus dongle but disconnecting/reconnecting doesnt seem to do anything. Anyone have any ideas?
