I have a Cerbo GX v3.55 and Multiplus v.
I am trying to upgrade the Multiplus II firmware with VRM and beta VRM, but both are failing.
Even downloading the configuration of Multiplus II is failing.
VRM Portal in Cerbo GX is configured as “Full” and I am logged with an admin user in the VRM website.
Any idea on how can I fix this issue?
If a Remote support connection, the installation # is 461128.

Exact same issue here, same Cerbo GX FW, but I’ve got a MultiPlusII 5kva. No matter what I do, it will not start the firmware update, it tries to upload the file to the GX device but fails ultimately.
It can sometimes happen when the FW on the inverter is a bit behind the GX. Or hasn’t been updated in a while.
A rollback on the GX firmware, then update the inverter and re update the GX may solve it. (Or an mk3 to usb adapter with victron connect.)
