I’m having problems with dropped comms on my Multiplus GX. After a few days, it is no longer visible as a local device on the Victron Connect App. It is still accessible via VRM. If I type in the IP of the GX device it is still active on my LAN. If I reset the GX device via the remote console, it reappears on the Victron Connect app. If I do nothing, all connection is lost after some time and I have to manually reset the GX device. Can anyone help?

I’ve seen similar before, but can’t nail down the real cause. I can’t say if this will work for you, but you could try…
Find your relevant Wifi/Ethernet page in the GX…
Yours may be set to Automatic config and all the IP fields populated. If not populated, reboot the GX. Once there, change IP Configuration to Manual.
And that’s it. Works for me, maybe for you too. Good luck…
Thanks for the reply. I’m going to try using Ethernet first. If that doesn’t work, I’ll try your suggestion.
