Cerbo GX connection fails after short time or no connection

I ran my Cerbo GX now for almost a year. Since today the connection is not stable anymore.

  • I integrated the Cerbo GX within my local network (static IP).
  • Ping times are varying from 3ms to 250ms. Rarely also time outs.
  • Sometimes the UI load via LAN Remote Console and sometimes not.
  • When loaded, I can just use it for 10 seconds.

This behaviour is strange… anybody already experienced the same?
I’d do a factory reset, but I did quite some adaptations to integrate to my Kostal Smartmeter etc.

My setup consists of.

  • Victron Cerbo GX
  • VE Multiplus II 5000
  • Kostal Smart Meter
  • Kostal Piko 17
  • Home Assistant for integration
  • EVCC
  • Heidelberg Wallbox

I checked the network traffic, no device is “flooding” the Cerbo GX. Furthermore.

Ok, solution found :crazy_face: I configured a static IP, but somehow (due to power off of my network and power on after 30 minutes) this IP was already assigned by DHCP…
