Multiplus II GX and SoC new home battery not synchronized and not visible on remote console

Hello,

I installed a Multiplus II 48/5000/70-50 GX myself. I connected an NKON ESS Pro - 51.2V 16.1kWh home battery with the following specifications: 16 x 3.2V 314Ah EVE MB31 Grade A cells in a 1P16S configuration, a Seplos BMS, and a JK 2A Active Balancer.

The used CAN cable is a VE.Can to CAN-bus BMS type A Cable 1.8m (as recommended by the NKON distributor).

After connecting everything correctly, the Multiplus II detected a battery connection, but instead of displaying the correct State of Charge, I received a 100% charge on the MP2 display and the remote console (PC or mobile phone), even though the battery itself displayed 31%.

My battery also didn’t appear on the remote console. I’ve already changed several settings in the CAN bus profile, but nothing helps.

In the meantime, I’m trying to charge the battery to 100% so it matches the MP2, hoping it will then run smoothly.

But I don’t think this is the intended result. Can anyone help me with this?

Sorry,
I’ve found the cause of my problem.
I had connected the CAN cable to VE.Bus instead of VE.CAN.
As soon as I adjusted this, the battery appeared in the remote console and the State of Charge was updated to reflect the actual battery capacity.
