Multiplus II 120 not allowing updates to be saved using Mac

Newly installed Multiplus II 3000/110. I’m trying to update settings in Victron Connect on my Macbook pro and after I adjust my settings, there’s no “save settings” or “download settings” option.

When I make settings changes, I get little green check marks next to each changed settiing. How do I upload the changes to the inverter?

I did update the firmware prior to making changes.

I also downloaded the file then tried to import the file, but it says “no setting differences found” .

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The green checkmark means the change has already been sent and saved to the unit.

Thank you. But, when I go back into the settings to review them, they never changed. They stay the original default numbers

Oh that’s interesting - yet, given this:

I am inclined to suspect that perhaps the changes were taken, thus why it couldn’t find any differences, and that VictronConnect just isn’t displaying that properly. Once you’ve made changes, and gotten the green checkmark, try closing VictronConnect entirely and then re-launching it to see if its displayed values have been updated. Over the years I’ve noticed that the app will sometimes hang affter having made changes and it’s usually resolved with a force-close and re-launch.

Not sure it’d work the same with Apple products as I don’t use those, but still worth a shot.

Am I able to access that interface using my phone and Cerbo gx with the inverter connected to the GX with the Ethernet cable? Or is it only available with computer access?
