Multiplus Ethernet Issues

Evening.

Looking for some guidance.

Have a multiplus with built in GX.

Connected via ethernet. Works fine via WiFi locally, but when in ethernet randomly it drops the connection. A soft reboot via WiFi and guidance, recovers the interface.

The switch is 1m away and feeds other hardware without issue.

The ethernet lights are off and switch light is off until reboot.

Oddly, the units display didn’t work and on investigation I found it unplugged. It’s under warranty and I have raised a case, but wondering if anyone else has had this issue.

Running latest firmware and multiplus updated also.

I did think there was an issue with the GX using wifi and Ethernet at the same time I’m sure someone had issues, I’ve just got a standalone GX and WiFi disabled just using Ethernet only, maybe try that see if it works

I did wonder that. I will block it from the WiFi AP. It originally was on WiFi but didn’t work through the steel cabinet.

If not I’ll go to site and reprogramme. Thanks for heads up
