Multiplus 48 2000 12 - 120v / battery charge volts settings?

I’m considering purchasing one of these instead of buying components. I’m having trouble finding if the charge voltages are settable via software. I have a battery that wants 53-54v for charging but the closest option is 56.4V. The battery’s high voltage protection is 57V. This is a lightsaber heated rack battery and these are already owned so not ideal to replace the battery to line up with the multiplus.

I’ve ready through the manual and it doesn’t say if I can set these values in software

Yes, with the mk3 interface and software you are totally free to set the values.

Can I do this with just a Cebro attached? ie, no direct connection to a PC, just multiplus to cerbo and then use victron connect via VRM?
