Multi-Plus 12/3000/120 suddenly says it is a 48/3000/30-50

I have two Multi-Plus 12/3000/120 setup for 240 US mode. Been working fine for 2 years. This morning all of a sudden I lost AC, Muti-Plus said low battery (they were not they were at 62%) rebooted the Muti-Plus, same thing, rebooted everything and now the Cerbo says my Muti-Plus is a 48/3000/30-50 and that the batteries are at 100% (they are not) and I’m feeding 3 phase AC to the grid (it is not).

What just happened??

Another Note; The BMS is recording the correct Battery level when I log into it via the Bluetooth

And another note: I have a Lynx Smart BMS. The Cerbo is saying it is a BMV-702… Has my cerbo gone bad?

What about firstly try to reboot every system component

I tried that, cerbox is still reporting garbage

is it possible to update to the latest 3.65?

Already on 3.65

And tested downgrading to earlier fw?

Was working for quite awhile on that firmware

Well, i can’t say what the problem is. Strange that it suddenly changes its ID…
Maybe you have a spare Cerbo to test?
Or try a factory reset and check if there is an Firmware update for the Multiplus?

What happens if you shut everything down for a minute (disconnect all AC and DC sources) and then power everything up again ?
I hope you’re looking at the right GX device because 56.95V on a 12V system would be kind of bad.
Maybe start with disconnecting MPPT devices.

Very sharp! Didn’t looked at that…

Okay, for reasons unknown, the cerbo had switched into ees demo mode. I turned off demo mode and it’s fine now.

Well, good that it is cleared now. And great for letting it know.
