Hi people ! Someone told i should have connected the battery first and i did the Solar panel first… It is without bluetooth, so i wonder if the original settings are messed up , and what to do… because it not doing anything but flashing blue ledlight

The reason why you need to connect the battery first, is to let the MPPT automatically choose the battery voltage.

Means you got a BlueSolar MPPT?

I dont know if theres a way to trigger the battery voltage auto detect again after the first power up. So its possible that you need a VE.direct adapter (to USB or to BLuetooth) or an MPPT display now.

Bulk led flashing means the charger is powered up but not charging. Could be due to low PV voltage.
