Your PV voltage is too low. It needs to be 6V above the battery voltage to start

It’s a solarmare 50W mono 2.0.
When the solar panel is not connected the blue lamp is flashing. Why is that? When connected its a fixed light.

blue light always flashes when battery is on and pv is off. just so you know the unit is working…
Is no one going to ask why the battery is at 14.37V? Is there another charging source operating? Also, 16.18V is pretty low voltage for a solar panel even in cloudy weather. You may continue to have issues with getting it to work consistently.
