Good morning, I can’t connect two MultiPlus-II units in parallel, one of which is a GX model. As soon as I connect them with the network cable, the Master goes into error 10.
Have you followed the instructions carefully?
It doesn’t sound like they have been reset to default, then properly configured as a parallel set - assuming that they are compatible, as per the ID’s in the docs.
To connect the two inverters in parallel, should I switch off the Master’s GX??
How can I do this??
Parallel systems are complex, it requires experience and some training.
