Lynx Shunt has disappeared from equipment list

I have lost access to my Lynx Shunt, which was working fine. I can not access it through VRM because VRM says I have set a password (which I did not).
I have been researching some way to reset my ‘password’ so I can get into VRM to troubleshoot the Lynx hunt. The Lynx Shunt is powered up. A rough sketch of my set-up is attached.

Well, no responses at all. That is frustrating.

Does anyone know a method to recover or reset your GX password?

Have you try to to make the complete system power free ?

In your pdf is an smart shunt is it a bluetooth shunt or are vecan shunt ?
When its a vecsn shunt check the vecan cables.
Terminators are on the end of the bus ?

It is a VE.CAN Shunt. It used to show up. Both the shunt and the Cerbo have terminators. I have tried another VE>CAN cable.
However, my Cerbo Wi-Fi connection has stopped turning green. It stays blinking yellow. Reload the software?

Looks like anybody has make changes have you change the bluetooth pin ?
Looks like your system hasn wifi or you router has give the ip double.
Check is the cerbo is in the wifi router or advancedip scanner. Have you disconnected the power from all devices ?

I have not changed the PIN.
I rebooted the router and and Cerbo which connected to WiFi.
The VE.CAN Shunt is still missing for my device list.

Have you checked your VE Can Port settings are still for 250kbit/s speed.

I ran into the same problem: I turned off the battery switch and turned off any input devices, rebooted the CerboGX and finally the Lynx shunt showed up and didn’t disappear again.

Thanks for the replies.
@pwfarnell The VE.CAN port setting have a bunch of preset profiles. None of them list a Lynx VE.CAN Shunt. Five profiles are for various BMS systems. Two are for devices I have never heard of. When I set the VE.CAN profile to any Victron BMS such as a Lynx BMS, the speed is 250 kbits/s. The network show error with no data transmitted. I have tried all the profiles. All result in a Passive Network Error. I do not see any method to set up the network manually for something different than the preset profiles.
@h4i5j6 I have turned off the battery switch and rebooted the Cerbo, however, that is not a total disconnect of the Cerbo because every port is filled. I will try your suggestion, disconnecting everything from the Cerbo.

The key is it is set for 250kbit/s, it may say for Lynx Ion BMS, but at 250kbit/s all Victron kit should work.

For a disconnect, the idea is for a full power down so the Lynx Shunt is isolated from the batteries.

If that does not work then I am out of ideas.
