Lynx Shunt - possible repair?

I recently installed a Lynx Shunt into my system. It initially worked, but then stopped. It allows power to flow through for all the attached systems, but there are no LED’s on my shunt, or the attached Lynx Distributor, and the Shunt doesn’t show up on my Cerbo. I’ve followed all the documented troubleshooting topics I could find, but cannot get it to work. Does anyone know if Victron can repair these, or are replacement parts available to replace the circuit board inside the shunt?
