Hi. We have a Victron Quattro 15Kva connected to 12 Weco Batteries
We updated the Quattro’s Firmware via VRM, to 2656556 (Original Firmware was 2656492)
The Cerbo is at the latest firmware 3.64
The issue is that the Quattro keeps switching of with low battery alarm once a load is introduced (Base load is 4000w)
We tried introducing the ESS asssitant, but this made no difference, so it has been removed!
The Integrity of the DC Cabling has been checked. The CAN cable has been replaced with a known working cable.
The issue seems to have started when we updated the inverter firmware.?
Is it possible to downgrade the firmware?
A firmware update resets everything. Did you set all the settings for battery chemistry, etc?
Hi Owen. Thanks for your reply. All the settings were reinstated. We found that the blade fuse between the Batteries and Inverter wasn’t seated correctly causing the low battery alarm. . After re-seating this, all is Good!
