Hi all, please assist, have a one phase system with Quattro 10000 Inverter, Cerbo GX, LV Hub that connects pylon tech battery storage. After updating Inverter & Cerbo GX, system throws low battery alarm.VE.Bus System [276]
Can some one please assist with pylon tech settings and ESS please.
What’s your GX firmware version? If not the latest, try that and see.
Do the alarms affect your system?
Some Cerbos had that problem but it was apparently solved through software some versions ago.
I had the same problem. It disappeared as it appeared without doing anything. I don’t know if it’s the same issue.
